30-Day Returns
Not in love with your Analogic? You can return it within 30 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.
Return conditions
- Your camera must be in its original condition, undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories included.
- Returns requested after the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case we cover the return shipping.
How to return
- Email us at support@analogic.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team approves your request and sends you the return instructions.
- Ship your camera to the address below using a trackable shipping method (we cannot refund return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit).
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
